Owners and/or Occupiers may keep an animal or bird in a Lot.

A number of residents keep a pet in their apartment.  These pets include dogs, cats and birds of various size and breed. Please familiarise yourself with the OC Rules OC Rules

If an animal is a danger or causes a nuisance in the common property the OC may give notice to remove the animal from the Lot or common property. 

While on common property animals must be kept on a lead, carried or in a cage. 

Dogs must be carried across carpeted areas and animals can only enter and leave the property through the basement - not through the main entrance lobby.
