Small deliveries can be accepted by the Building Manager or Concierge on behalf of a resident however for workplace health and safety reasons must not weigh more than 15kgs.
If a resident is expecting a delivery please try to ensure the delivery can be made directly to the Lot rather than the Building Manager or Concierge.
Residents will be advised of a parcel delivery and must collect the parcel within 48 hours of delivery.
Small deliveries of up to 15 kg can be accepted by the Building Manager or Concierge on behalf of a resident. Larger items such as a flat pack or similar irrespective of weight can only be delivered directly to a Lot.
It is important that residents' contact information with the Building Manager is current as electronic notifications are made on arrival of any delivery.
The Building Manager's Office is staffed during high traffic times each day. Currently these times are between 8am - 9.30am and again between 5pm - 6.30pm. In addition to working with residents, you are also able to collect any delivery during those times.
