Noise is inevitable within any high-rise residential environment. Residents and their guests should be considerate of other occupiers. Much noise can be controlled by avoiding loud music, balcony generated noise and door slamming.
The Owners Corporation Rules expressly prohibit excessive noise between certain times and days including noise generating equipment, music and general activity.
Noise Generating Equipment: In general terms, noise generating equipment such as power or hammer drills cannot be used in a Lot on weekends or between 4pm – 9am weekdays.
Music and Activity Including Noise on Balconies: Noise from music or activity heard outside a Lot is prohibited, especially between 10pm – 8am week days and 11pm – 8am weekends.
